類似品に謎めいた海蛇/Cryptic Serpentがある。海蛇と比べると、1ターン目から1/1飛行として出せて、その後墓地が肥えてきたらインスタントタイミングで順応できる点が勝る。一長一短あり、卡力では僅差で勝るように思われる。で、海蛇はヴィンテージで全く見られないので、Pteramanderもまた然りと思う。

https://bagupokemon.diarynote.jp/201812170109189101/)に是非入れてみたい。柱能力としては、1点である点が気にはなるが、作用するのが対戦相手のみであることから純粋な火力と見なすことができる。これに破壊的な享楽/Destructive Revelryの起動型能力を込みで考えると、相手が2回呪文を唱えてくれれば、2+1マナの「4点ダメージ＆1:1交換」相当の働きとなる。垂涎である。
